To the last part first, I really would consider reading the book. Thank you!

As deep as this article is, I am glad there is a highlighter that gleams the depth. Meeting those people, having those feelings, and undertaking those projects we might regret, later on, are inevitable. Because, if we are aware of the warning signs associated with falling prey, we can always ‘avoid’ them. But what if it is another way round?

“Being able to understand more clearly that stranger within us would help us to gain better control of what we do and what happens to us” As that's the case, I would not mind learning the how-tos. Thanks again!

I think of it that way too. What makes life interesting are the unexpected ups-and-downs, but we can always do a bit more better by mastering the rules ahead... That way, we are not completely taken aback.
