Hello, Tryber!
It’s been quite some time here. The last article that we published was in September; that’s about 4 months now. A lot has happened between then and now; a lot of good stuff and I’m so happy to be back here. And yea, we have some new Trybers. I just checked and realized we’re now at 370 subscribers! That’s a lot for such an inactive newsletter, but honestly, I’m glad and I can assure you we’re just getting started! Thank you for your continual support.
I do not intend to make this a lengthy letter neither do I want it to be a “proper” article, I just want to put it out here that we’re back and better. I have learned a lot about the things I like generally, and a whole lot more about writing specifically. And, I’m happy to have this beautiful community with which I can always share my adventures into the wonderland.
As you can see, even the style of writing here has changed. I know we used to be this “formally-styled official newsletter” that talks about personal development and productivity with lengthy articles. Now, we’re going beyond that. While I do not think that anything is particularly wrong with the previous format, I just like this new pattern better.
This new “informally-styled personal newsletter” that allows me to do everything I used to do with the previous style in addition to sharing stories (sometimes, mine), getting up close and personal, reflecting on some of the things I’ve learned, talking about some of my projects and even the challenges I’m encountering and how I’m dealing with them. I will take caution not to suffocate you uncomfortably and I hope you enjoy them. Maybe you’ll find them useful too, who knows?
Now that Substack is available on mobile devices, I find it easier to write to you spontaneously while resting my back on a big sofa like I’m currently doing. I must confess that I enjoy this better than the days of having to sit down in front of my laptop and chunking in letters. At this rate, I should write to you at least once in a week or more than that... no fixed time or day like before, but a spontaneous, free-styled newsletter. I believe that things can only get better from now on.
I’m also glad to announce that we’re featuring articles from Trybers now. If you have anything to say that fits into the idea of “personal development, productivity, and everything in between”, then feel free to reach out to me for necessary correspondence. (Shout out to those who have tried this out already, we’re glad you liked it). As you probably know by now that this newsletter is co-authored, expect to see my partner dropping nuggets of wisdom from time to time here, too. I’m sure you’d love it.
Final thoughts before rounding off, here are some of the things I’ve been reflecting on recently:
Alright. Alright. Let’s call it a wrap here. I have a question for the returning Trybers though:
Did you miss me at all?🌚
